Barbara A. (Ide) Kuhn, 84, a longtime resident of Westfield and Port Charlotte, FL, passed away on May 25, 2017 in Port Charlotte, FL. She was born in Worcester, MA to the late Harold and Roxanne (Sansouci) Ide. She was employed in the collections department at WT Grants and as a baker for Big Y. Besides her parents, Barbara was predeceased by her sister, Ruth Borgatti, two brothers Harry Ide and Gene Ide and her step father, Ralph Palermo. She is survived by her beloved husband of 44 years Lawrence J. Kuhn of Port Charlotte, FL, her loving son William Larabee of Westfield, a brother Kenneth Ide of Southwick, four cherished grandchildren, Daniel Larabee of New London, CT, Christopher Larabee of Clinton, CT, Jennifer Larabee of Gales Ferry, CT and Courtney Larabee of Plymouth, N.H., and three great grandchildren. A Funeral Mass for Barbara will be held on Wednesday, June 7, 2017 at 10 AM in Our Lady of the Lake Church, Sheep Pasture Rd. Southwick followed by burial in St. Thomas Cemetery, Kings Highway, West Springfield. Visiting hours will be held on Tuesday from 4-7PM in the Firtion Adams FS, 76 Broad St. Westfield, MA 01085.
