West Springfield-Beatrice D. (DeForge) Faulkner, 89, died Sunday, June 18, 2017 in a local nursing home. She was born in Windsor, Ct on January 27, 1928 to the late Henry and Rebecca DeForge. She grew up in Thompsonville, CT. She was a resident of West Springfield for 25 years. She worked for Smith and Wesson in Springfield and for the Coliseum in West Springfield. She enjoyed playing Bingo and watching Wheel of Fortune. Beatrice leaves her children Michael Cote of Ware, Daniel Cote of Houlton, ME, Bob Cote of Southampton and Mark Lantiegne of Weathersfield, CT, 10 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. She also leaves her brothers Joseph DeForge of Winter Haven, FL and Henry DeForge of Bloomfield, CT. She was pre-deceased by her daughter Irene Cote-Norton in 1978. Calling hours will be held on Wednesday from 4-6:30 pm at the Firtion-Adams Funeral Service, 76 Broad Street, Westfield, MA. The funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Thursday at 10 am.
