Paul W Broderick

Westfield-Paul W. Broderick, 54, of Loxley, Alabama, passed away unexpectedly April 4, 2018 with his wife by his side. Born Dec. 9, 1963 in Westfield, MA, he attended Westfield schools and graduated from Westfield Vocational High School in 1982. He attended Springfield Technical Community College and owned K&R Machine for 20 years until he retired and moved closer to the beach in 2015. Paul loved life with his wife Lisa and their dogs. He was an avid Minnesota Vikings fan. He enjoyed cookouts with family and friends, lounging on the beach with a Dos Equis and played in the city pool league for The Nook team for many years as well as the men’s softball league. He leaves his wife of 25 years Lisa (Murray) Broderick, of Loxley, Alabama; his parents George and Shirley Holt of Westfield; his grandmother Georgette Russell of Westfield; his sister Darlene Klaubert, her husband Russell and their children Justin and Becky, all of Westfield; and his brother David, his wife Diane and their children Josh and Christopher, of West Springfield. Paul also leaves his faithful companions, his dogs Cody, Tug and Bear. He was predeceased by his beloved dogs Zeus and Apollo. He also leaves extended family and many friends. A funeral service will be held Thursday, April 12 at 12:30 pm at Firtion Adams Funeral Home, 76 Broad St., Westfield, MA. Calling hours will precede the service on Thursday from 10 am -12:30 pm.
