Westfield-Pauline (Amadio) Engell, 86 , of Westfield passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Sunday, June 26, 2016      at the Genesis Westfield Center after a brief illness. She was born in Leominster, MA on January 2, 1930 the daughter of the late Pompeo and Antonette (Iacoboni) Amadio and was educated in the Leominster school system. Pauline spent most of her life as a devoted wife and loving mother to her five girls. She truly loved attending her grandchildren’s school and sporting events. Pauline resided in Westfield since 1961 and was a communicant of St. Mary’s Church, Westfield. She was predeceased by her husband Tenho in 1980.She is survived by five daughters, Marsha Okolski of Chicopee, Sandra Bein of Westfield, Karen Blue of Rochester, NH, Lorna MacKenna of Myrtle Beach, SC, and Marie Tooker Fortin of Westfield, a brother, Frank Amadio of Bristol, CT, two sisters Barbara Raboin and husband, Roger of Lunenburg, MA. Jeanne Antonucci and husband, Dr. Robert Antonucci of Falmouth, MA. . Pauline also leaves eight grandchildren, Jennifer MacKenna ,Kyleigha MacKenna, Cheyenne MacKenna, Kristin Parker, Michelle Asselin ,Peter Nagorka, Zachary Tooker and Amelia Tooker, eleven great grandchildren and one great great grandson. She was predeceased by her granddaughter, Leslie Buschmann, and her siblings, Dr. Louis Amadio and Mary Pazzanese. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Mass on Friday at St. Mary’s Church, Bartlett St. Westfield at 11am. A private Burial will follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery.
