Anne D. (Swikalus) Dalikas

Anne Swikalus Dalikas passed away peacefully September 10th, 2018. She was born November 18, 1917 in Westfield. The daughter of Walter and Anne Swikalus of Westfield. She was pre-deceased in death by her parents, Brother William Swikalus of Agawam, Joe Swikalus of Westfield and her sister Antonette Thebeau of Westfield and her husband Stanley. She moved to Kernersville, NC to live with her daughter Frances and her husband George Zenisky. She also leaves her sister-in-law  Ceil Swikalus.  She graduated from Westfield High School in 1936. She always said they were her happiest days. She worked at the Westfield YMCA over 40 years. Loved every minute of her job, her fellow employee’s, all the swim team and made wonderful friendships with the members of the Y. She missed Westfield and everything YMCA. A liturgy of Christian burial will be held Monday September 17th, 2018 at St. Peter’s Church at 11 AM. Calling hours will precede the service from 9 to 10:30 am at the Firtion- Adams Funeral Service, 76 Broad Street, Westfield. Burial will follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery. Firtionadams.com
