Anne D Zielinski

Anne D. (Fisiak) Zielinski, 102, died Tuesday, June 11, 2019 at home. She was born in Ludlow, MA on May 22, 1917 to the late John and Anna (Pappa) Fisiak. She grew up in Ludlow and attended local schools. She worked for Westinghouse and was a cafeteria worker for the Westfield Public Schools. Anne was a parishioner of Holy Trinity Church and was a Eucharistic minister and a member of the women’s Rosary Society. She was past president and life member of the Polish Women’s Alliance. She enjoyed gardening, canning, cooking and spending time at Cape Cod. The family would like to thank Deacon Charlie and Jannette the Home Health Aide for the weekly visits and prayers. Anne was pre-deceased by her husband Alexander J. Zielinski in 1989. She leaves her children Chester J Zielinski and his wife Linda of Westfield, John P. Zielinski of Westfield and Patricia Ann M. Connors of Westfield, her grandchildren Matthew Zielinski and his wife Tara of North Reading, Cynthia Connors and her fiancé Dennis Ducharme of East Longmeadow and Sean Connors and his companion Kelsey Moore of Enfield, CT. She also leaves 3 great-grandchildren Brock Connors, Jackson Ducharme, Gavin Zielinski and was pre-deceased by her sister Helen Los. The funeral for Anne will be held on Wednesday June 19th at 10:30 am in Holy Trinity Church. Burial will follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery. A calling hour will precede the funeral Mass on Wednesday at the Firtion-Adams Funeral Service, 76 Broad Street, Westfield from 9 am till 10 am.
