Audrey N. (Yefko) O’Connell, 87, passed away on Thursday, November 14, 2019 at Baystate Medical Center. She was born in Westfield to the late Stanley and Nellie (Tkaczuk) Yefko. Audrey was predeceased by her husband James “Eddie” O’Connell, Jr and her brother Gary Yefko. She leaves her close friends, Barbara, Rich and Sherri. A Chapel Service will be held at 2PM on Wednesday, November 20, 2019 at the Massachusetts Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 1390 Main St. Agawam. www.firtionadams.com.
