Barbara L. (George) Geyer

Barbara L. (George) Geyer, 70, passed away on October 16, 2019 at Governor’s Center. She was born and raised in Westfield to the late Leo and Barbara (Tryon) George and was a graduate of Westfield High School. Barbara worked for Old Colony Envelope for over 40 years, retiring in 2012. She was a member of the Russell Council on Aging and Russell Community Church. She enjoyed knitting, crocheting and gardening. Barbara was predeceased by beloved husband Francis Geyer in 2009 and is survived by her son Michael Geyer of Russell, her brothers Richard and James George of Westfield and her grandchildren, Ryan Geyer, Avery and Matthew Grant and Allyssa Grant. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, October 26, 2019 at 11AM in Russell Community Church, 55 Main St, Russell, MA 01071. Family will receive friends from 10-11AM in the church.
