Beverly Louise (LaPorte) Dion

Beverly Louise (LaPorte) Dion, 80, passed away at Baystate Noble Hospital on Tuesday, February 19, 2019. She was born in Westfield, MA to the late Edward and Elouise (Kelly) LaPorte and attended and graduated from Westfield Schools. She was employed by Westfield Meadows for many years. Beverly enjoyed the beach, shopping and crocheting, mostly she loved being with family and friends, her door was always open. Beverly was predeceased by her beloved husband Harold G. Dion, a daughter, Michele Myrtle, her brother Kenny LaPorte and step-daughters, Michelle and Lisa Dion. . She leaves her daughters, Beth Ann Love of Lakeland, FL, Laurie Otero of Westfield, Tina Dazelle of Huntington and son Edward Avery and his wife Tammy of Holyoke, step-daughter, Sue Dion and husband Jeff Penn of Huntington, her sisters, Shirley Lemoine of East Longmeadow, Barbara Jereczek of Westfield and Pamela Barkyoumb and her husband Paul of West Springfield, fifteen grandchildren, and many great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. A Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, February, 23, 2019 at 10:30AM in St. Mary’s Church, Bartlett St. Westfield. A Visiting hour will precede the Mass from 9-10AM in the Firtion Adams FS, 76 Broad St. Westfield. Burial will be private. www.firtionadams.com
