Colette (Bedard) Guay, 91, was called home on May 27, 2017. She was born in Notre-Dame de Lourdes, Canada to the late Joseph and Marie Bedard. She was employed for 20 years at Strathmore Company in Westfield. Colette was predeceased by her husband Henry Charles Guay and her eleven brothers and sisters. She is survived by her loving children Marie Burke of South Carolina and her husband Tom, Yves Guay and adorable wife Su of Westfield and Fran Guay and wife Kathy of Blandford, grandchildren Timothy, Jeffery, Todd, Lisa, Katie, Jennifer and Jessica and great-grandchildren Alexis, Nicholas, Lucas, Shannon, Andrew, Samantha and Jaquelyn. Colette loved playing cards, bingo, the lottery and the slot machines at Mohegan Sun. The entire family would like to thank the doctors, nurses, staff and hospice care givers at Westfield Gardens for the wonderful care of Colette for the past years. A calling hour will be held on Thursday from 9:30-10:30 in the Firtion Adams FS, 76 Broad St. Westfield, followed by a Mass at 11AM in Blessed Sacrament Church, 127 Holyoke Rd. Westfield, followed by burial in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Southampton Rd. Westfield.
