Westfield-Frank H. Pomeroy, 90, died Saturday, August 12, 2017 in a local nursing home. He was born in Springfield on August 4, 1927 to the late Gerald R. and Florence G. (Blodgett) Pomeroy. He attended Springfield Tech School and was a 1948 graduate of Springfield Trade School. He worked at Hannon Security in Westfield and retired from Arrow Security in Springfield in 1992. He was also a Junior Floral Designer for Craig Hurst Gardens in Russell from 1954-1978. Frank was a member of the Russell Community Church, the Hampden County Radio Association Inc. He was a member of the 104th Infantry National Guard and the 22nd Infantry State Guard. Frank leaves Roberta and Stanley Haracz and Linda Starkey. The funeral and burial will be private.
