Krista Berish Obituary

Westfield-Krista M. Berish, 46, died Friday, January 25, 2019 in Baystate Medical Center. She was born in Windber, PA on April 10, 1972. She grew up in Windber and attended local schools and has lived in Westfield since 1986. She loved animals and was active with the Mass. Audubon Society where she helped banned Eagles and monitor osprey nests on Cape Cod. She was an animal rights activist. She loved her cats and enjoyed traveling to Barbados. She leaves her daughter Kayla Bennett of Johnston, PA, her mother Marian Moore of Salix, PA, her love of her life and companion Alan Kennedy of Westfield, her sister Karen Labonte of Chicopee and many nieces and nephews. She was pre-deceased by her father Paul Berish and her sister Mary Moore. The funeral and burial will be private. Donations in memory of Krista may be made to the Mass.
