Ruth H. (Hussels) Taraska

Ruth H. (Hussels) Taraska, 88, passed away on January 30, 2018 in Macon, GA. She was born in Bridgeport, CT to the late Erich and Elsa (Welker) Hussells. Ruth was a member of Grace Lutheran Church in West Springfield, was a member of their Needlers Group, she enjoyed quilting at the senior center, German singing at the Springfield Turnverein and going out with her friends on Wednesday nights. Ruth was predeceased by her 1st husband Robert Goss and by her second husband Adolph Taraska. She is survived by her loving children, Richard W. Goss and his wife Kelly of Westfield, Brian R. Goss and his wife Deborah of Macon, GA, Jeffrey E. Goss and his wife Donna of Chicopee, Michael A. Goss and his wife Belkis of Strausberg, PA and Catherine E. Ferguson and her husband Craig of Peterboro, Ontario, her cherished thirteen grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild. A Funeral home service will be held for Ruth on Monday, February 5, 2018 at 11:30AM in the Firtion Adams FS, 76 Broad St. Westfield, followed by burial in Pine Hill Cemetery, Western Ave. Westfield.
