Westfield-Theresa A. (Lemere) Sullivan, 89, died Thursday, March 8, 2018 in a local nursing home. She was born on October 25, 1928 in Springfield, MA to the late William and Anna (Clarke) Lamere. She attended Sacred Heart H.S. in Springfield. She was a 1967 graduate of Mansfield Beauty Supply in Springfield. Theresa worked for Coronet Beauty Salon and Vogue Beauty Salon and was in the beauty solon business for 32 years and retired in 2000. She also sung in local bands. She leaves her daughters Bernadette Santaniello, Barbara Wojick and Theresa Boas all of Westfield, seven grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild. She was pre-deceased by her son George W. Mercer, her siblings David and Edward Lamere and Margaret Jasiewicz. Calling hours for Theresa will be held on Tuesday, March 13th from 5-7 pm at the Firtion-Adams Funeral Service, 76 Broad Street, Westfield. A service will follow at 7pm. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, 30 Speen Street, Framingham, MA 01701.
