William Jegelewicz, III Obituary

William John Jegelewicz, III (Jeggy) age 59, of Westfield, MA passed away peacefully on August 3, 2018 with his loving son by his side.  He was born on March 7, 1959 in Westfield, MA, the son of the late William J. Jegelewicz, Jr. and Gloria (DeRoche). He was also predeceased by brother John in 1999, and niece Amy Cavanaugh. He leaves behind his son, William J. Jegelewicz IV, and ex-wife Louise, of Manchester CT, his sisters Mary Cavanaugh of Turners Falls, Anne Hassin (Ken), brother Vincent Jegelewicz (Susanne) of Westfield, his good friend Frank Scigulinsky, with whom he lived, and niece Jackie and nephew Patrick. Bill graduated from Westfield Voke back in 1977 and was a member of IBEW Local 7.  Back in the day he worked on the pipeline in Wyoming and on the railroad with Conrail. Bill was a friend and giver to many – and loved to have fun.  His wallet proved that he was a member of just about every fraternal club in town. He will be missed by many, especially his son, Billy, who loved his dad so much. We choose to remember the good times!  Cheers!  Burial will be held at St. Mary’s Cemetery in Westfield on August 21st at 2:00pm, with a gathering of family and friends from 6-9pm at the Moose Lodge on Washington Street in Westfield.  Firtion-Adams is in charge of the arrangements.
