Alicja (Sobol) Zelazko

Alicja (Sobol) Zelazko, 80, passed away on Sunday, August 2, 2020 at Baystate Noble Hospital. She was born in Poland to the late Bronislaw and Maria (Szymamska) Sobol. She immigrated to the United States in 1966 and worked for over 30 years for Helen’s Dress Shop in Westfield. She was a communicant of Holy Trinity Church and a member of their choir. She also enjoyed working in her garden. Alicja was predeceased by her first husband Ryszard Zelazko and her second husband Gunther H. Beijer and is survived by her loving son, Martin Zelazko and his wife Bernadette of Westfield and her three grandsons, Maxwell, Zachary and Constantine. Her funeral will be held on Friday at 9AM in Firtion Adams FS, 76 Broad St. Westfield, followed by a Liturgy of Christian Burial at 10 AM in Holy Trinity Church, Elm St. Westfield. Burial will follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Southampton Rd. Westfield. Visiting hours will be held on Thursday from 5-7 PM in the funeral home.
