Catherine Ann Zygarowski

Catherine A. (Mastello) Zygarowski, 86 passed away peacefully Monday, July 7, 2024 at Baystate Noble Hospital.  She was born and raised in Westfield to the late Anibalo and Lucy (Camerota) Mastello.  Catherine graduated from St. Mary's High School in 1955.  Catherine continued her religious devotion at St. Mary’s until she married the love of her life Walter (Ziggy) in 1963. Continuing her devotion at Holy Trinity Church.  Sadly he pre-deceased her 2005.  She was also pre-deceased by her siblings Jerry, Angie, Albert, Carmen and Nancy.

She leaves behind numerous nieces and nephews but those closest to her, walking and guiding her to her final journey were Ralph Mastello, Cynthia Brodeur, Myrna Osowski and Lucine Curtis.  Although Catherine was never blessed with children of her own, the little one's brought many smiles and enjoyment to her.  Among them Isabella, Layla, Brianna, Jaiden, Owen and Maya.

Catherine's Liturgy of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, July 15, 2024 10 AM at Holy Trinity Church in Westfield.  Burial will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery, Westfield.  Memorial contributions can be made to PVA (Paralyzed Veterans of America) or charity of one's choice. www.firtionadams.com
