Christopher J. Halloran, 66, passed away on Friday, May 2, 2025, at home. He was born in Springfield to the late James and Janet (Taylor) Halloran. Chris worked as a dock worker and truck driver for many years at various companies in the area. He enjoyed watching sports, especially rooting for the New York Giants, Boston Bruins and the Boston Red Sox. Chris was predeceased by a brother Kevin Halloran in 2017 and is survived by his wife Lisa (Robinson) Halloran, two brothers Michael Halloran (Jan), Timothy Halloran (Nancy), and a sister, Maureen Halloran, all of Westfield; his nieces, Cara Paquette (Michael), Kelsey Croft (Jonathan), Sara Halloran (Michael) and Melissa Maxey (Timothy); his nephews, Kyle Halloran (Jesse) and Philip Johnson along with his brother-in-law James Robinson ( Caryn) and their daughter, Dr. Theresa Robinson (Shane). Chris’ family would like to thank the staff at Beacon Hospice and his good friend, Jeff Pazik for the care, love and support given to Chris and his family. His funeral will be held on Friday, May 9, 2025, at 9AM from the Firtion Adams Funeral Service, 76 Broad St. Westfield followed by a Mass at 10AM in St. Mary’s Church, Bartlett St. Westfield followed by burial in St. Mary's Cemetery, Westfield. Visiting hours will be held on Thursday from 4-7PM in the funeral home.
