David A. Kratochvil

David A. Kratochvil, 60, passed away at home on April 24, 2021. He was born in Westfield, MA to the late Ralph and Elizabeth (Killips) Kratochvil. He was employed as a technician for Eastfield Hospital for Animals for over 10 years. He is survived by his sister Della Hayden and her husband Rick of Westfield, his lifelong friends, Tommy Burke and the Burke family, the Barry and Sico families, Tom Sternberg, Joe Parda and Mark Cornelius, his niece Hillary, nephew Jason and his close companion and caregiver Lauren Wilson. He was predeceased by a sister Lynnie Kratochvil. Dave’s family and friends would like to thank the staff at Trinity Hospice and Mercy Medical Center for the care and support given over the past few years. A Graveside service will be held on Tuesday, April 27th at 2:15 PM in the Pine Hill Cemetery, Western Ave Westfield.
