Franics A. Janisieski, 81, passed away on Thursday, August 6, 2026 at Baystate Medical Center. He was born in Westfield to the late Frank and Jennie (Golemo) Janisieski and attended Holy Trinity School and Westfield Trade High School. Francis worked as a machinist for Whip City Tool and Die for 18 years and in 1983 became the co-owner of Westfield Tool and Die until he retired. He loved to hunt, fish, ride snowmobiles, watch horse draws at local fairs, taking his children to Riverside Park for the races on Saturday nights and still enjoyed watching auto racing. Francis is survived by his loving children, Kevin A. Janisieski and his wife Kathleen of Brattleboro, VT, Kathy M. Franklin and her husband Rich of Bradford, VT, David A. Janisieski and his wife Dina of Blandford, MA, Michael D. Janisieski and his wife Holly of Westfield and Stephen F. Janisieski and his wife Beth of Southwick, his sister Beverly Walsh and her husband Jeff of Preston, CT, his cherished four grandchildren and two great grandchildren and his partner of 27 years, Barbara Querceto of Westfield. Sadly, Francis was predeceased by a son Brian Janisieski in 2010, a brother Phil Janisieski and two sisters, Phyllis Stevens and Arlene Bush. A Funeral Home Service will be held at 11AM on Thursday, August 13, 2026 in the Firtion Adams Funeral Service, 76 Broad St. Westfield, MA.
