Jean M. Hillard

We regretfully announce that on Saturday May 13, 2023 our beloved, Jean M Hillard of Westfield, MA passed away unexpectedly.  Jean, born on May 8, 1963 to the late Francis H and Millicent (Dean) Hillard spent most of her career as a sought after hair dresser. She would always bring a “cut and a smile” to everyone that knew her. She always opened up her home to anyone that needed a place to stay, never expecting anything in return. Jean was predeceased by her parents Francis and Millicent as well as her brothers Irving Hillard Sr and John F Hillard. She leaves behind her adored children Francis D Towle, and his wife Meredith of Gastonia, NC and Daniel J Towle Jr and his wife Cora of Southwick, MA. She also leaves behind her brother Raymond “Ike” Hillard of Westfield, her “better half” Ken Guertin Sr of Westfield, her cherished grandchildren Darin, Samantha, Michael, Westyn, Blakely, Evan, and Grace as well as her nieces, nephews, and housemates who were her bonus children. The family would love for you to join in on a celebration of life grave side memorial service at Pine Hill Cemetery 140 W Silver St Westfield, MA on Thursday May 18th at 11am.
