Jeffrey E. Goss, Jr.

Jeffrey E. Goss, Jr., 37, left us unexpectedly on Friday, April 22, 2022. He was born in Holyoke to Cheryl (Fulton) and Jeffrey E. Goss, Sr. Jeff was a 2002 graduate of Chicopee High School and immediately proudly served his country in the First Battalion Fourth Marines as an Antitank Assaultman. He was deployed to Iraq with his best friend Bryan Bengle with whom upon return to the USA from Iraq, they were received with honor by the City of Chicopee in 2003. Jeffrey’s world was his family, spending time with them was very important to him, especially time with his daughter, Amelia. He unconditionally loved so many and will be remembered best as a peacemaker, as the light in any room he entered, for his quick wit, his never ending smile and as the guy who could just about fix or create anything, as he proved as the proud owner of AMG Construction. He also worked for his brother Jarrod at J. Goss Construction.  Jeff enjoyed playing golf, fishing and was a member of the American Legion Post 452. Jeffrey is survived by his wife, Alyssa Goss of Agawam, his adored daughter, Amelia M. Goss of Agawam, his loving parents, Cheryl and Jeffrey Goss, Sr. of Chicopee,  his sister, Amanda M. Goss and her partner Josh Bendiksen of Chicopee, his brother Jarrod N. Goss and his wife Jessica of Southwick, his grandmothers, Doris Fulton and Ruth Taraska, his nephews, Alexander, Anthony, Ashton, Carter and Bryson, his fur baby “Gertie”, his mother-in-law Joyce Drewnowski of Agawam, brother-in-law Brett Drewnowski and his wife Nicole and their children, Alexa, Noah and Seth, and Jeff leaves behind countless friends, including his closest friend, Kelton Westley of Chicopee and several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. A Funeral Home Service will be held on Thursday, April 28th at 6:45PM in the Firtion Adams Funeral Service, 76 Broad St. Westfield, MA.
