John Joseph Shea

Blandford- John Joseph Shea was granted his wings on April 15th 2021. He died peacefully at home. John was born in Springfield to Mr. and Mrs. Robert Shea (Nuzzolilli) He graduated from Trade High School. John and his wife built their home and enjoyed the peacefulness of being surrounded by nature.

 He loved spending weekends on their boat at the ocean and time with friends. He also was a member of the Yacht Club of Springfield. He was a member of the Carpenters Union 336.

John loved his “Kubota” Tractor and moving earth from here to there. We will always remember his sense of humor that left everyone smiling. They enjoyed traveling to Italy and other European countries. They enjoyed many Caribbean Islands and Mexico.

He is survived by his wife Debra (Rice) of 50 years. He leaves his sisters, Nancy, Patty and brothers Robert and Tony. Also extended family members, brother-in Law, sister-in laws, numerous nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
