Jon B. Lambert

Jon B. Lambert (AKA Dadio, Air Daddy, Papa Cha Cha / Pappy / JONZO) , 77, passed away peacefully on Sunday, Mach 30, 2025 at home surrounded by his 4 loving children and family. He was born in Argentia, Newfoundland to the late Bertrand E. and Edna A. (Day) Lambert, who were both Pearl Harbor survivors. Jon grew up alongside his parents traveling around the world as they served their time in the U.S. military, he was a graduate of Westfield High School and attended Holyoke Community College. Jon served in the United States Navy as a Military Police Officer. In retirement Jon volunteered at the Westfield Animal Shelter, Dakin Humane Society, worked at Stanley Park and also at the pro shop at Shaker Farms. He loved his children, friends, and family above all else. He loved his dogs, especially taking them for walks at Littleville and Knightville Dams. Jon also enjoyed golf and skiing, being part of theater shows at the Westfield Womens’ Club and mostly loved vacationing with his children and grandchildren in Biddeford Maine. Jon was one of the founding pioneers of Lego Systems, he worked as an international salesman and retired from there after 35+ years. Jon is survived by his four children, Jonathan Lambert and his wife Jennifer, Joseph Lambert, Jessica Bliven and her husband Brian, Jeremie Lambert, his brother Bruce and wife Joyce Lambert, his cherished grandchildren, Kane Lambert, Corey Lambert, Christina Lambert, Jackson Lambert, Cooper Lambert and Autumn Emie-Rose Bliven. Jon will be joining the love of his life and the mother of his children Christina Fedora, his brother Michael Lambert, his parents and many other loving family and friends who have also passed. A Funeral Mass will be held for Jon on Friday, April 4, 2025 at 10:30AM in St. Mary’s Church, 30 Bartlett St. Westfield, MA 01085 followed by a burial at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Southampton Rd. Westfield, MA. There will be a time to visit between 10 and 10:30 with the family prior to the Mass at the church.
