Leon W. Boutin

Leon W. Boutin, 83, of Chicopee, passed away on October 12, 2023. He was married to the late Maryann Mszanski. He leaves behind his former wife Kathleen Boutin and their three children, Sheryl A. Yelinek and husband James, Michael L. Boutin and his companion Janice, Laura Hunt and husband Bryan. He was a loving Pepere to his grandchildren, James J. Yelinek Jr., Alyssa K. Yelinek, Jeffrey B. Yelinek, Kyleigh K. Oliveira, Quinnlyn S. Hunt, Sharell L. Mollison, Michael Boutin Jr., Nicole Boutin, and Matthew Boutin. He also leaves behind three great-grandchildren, Brooks, Gabriella and Amelia Boutin.

Leon was the son of the late Aurore and Wilfred Boutin. He was predeceased by his brothers Arthur Boutin and his wife Lorette, Roland Boutin and his wife, and his dear sister Claire Laramee.

Leon was a lifetime member of the Elks Lodge, both in Chicopee, MA. and Seminole, FL. He loved watching his favorite sports teams, the Boston Red Sox and the New York Giants. Leon also loved to travel, play a good round of golf and tell a good joke. He will be greatly missed. The arrangements will be a private family service and burial.  www.firtionadams.com
