Mikhail Grigoryan

Mikhail (Misha) Grigoryan, 77: better known by his Russian nickname, Misha went home to see our Lord Jesus Christ on September 6th, 2021 at 1pm. Born March 20th, 1944 in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, son of Emma Grigoryan and Nikolai Pechevisty, he was an engineer, a pastor, husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather. Mikhail Grigoryan joins his wife Erma Grigoryan after 53 years of marriage. Erma went to be with the Lord on August 11th, 2021. Misha leaves behind his son Karen Grigoryan with wife Tamara Grigoryan of Westfield, his daughter Karine Miltimore with husband Kyle Miltimore of Westfield, 8 grandchildren: Angela Paine, Nigel Paine, Emma Miltimore, Yana Okhrimenko, Roxana Okhrimenko, Eric Grigoryan, David Grigoryan, Samuel Grigoryan, 11 great grandchildren, and many close relatives and friends. Misha served God faithfully. He loved reading books and quotations, nature, gardening, cinematography and photography, hosting friends and family, and preaching God’s Word. Misha was dedicated to working hard and played an instrumental role in raising his children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends. While living in Kazakhstan, before immigrating to the United States, Misha took a leading role in starting a medical clinic, a Christian school and a new branch of a local church. He loved God dearly and brought many people to Christ. If there is one question Misha would have liked to ask it is this, “Like a mist, this life will soon come to an end. Do you know where your soul will be after?”. Burial ceremony will be open to the public at 1:30PM at St. Mary’s Cemetery, 203 Southampton Rd., Westfield, MA.
