Paul Steven Carlson

Paul Steven Carlson, 78, passed away on March 26, 2026. Born on February 7, 1948, in Ludlow, Massachusetts, Paul spent most of his life in West Springfield, Massachusetts before recently moving to Navarre, Florida.

Paul was the proud father of Michael Jasmin (Kellis), James Carlson, Catherine Day (Jeffrey), Joseph Carlson (Heather), Charles Carlson, and Amanda Carlson. He was a devoted grandfather to Jonathan, Holly, Danielle, Jessica, Jeffrey, Rebecca, Samantha, Paul, Christian, Lauren, Elizabeth, Seth, Emily, and Peyton, and a great-grandfather to Jayden, Kage, Savannah, Nicholas, and Matthew.

Paul enjoyed the simple things in life. He loved relaxing at the beach, watching old westerns and classic movies, and spending time outside—often tending to his fire pit, where he was known to burn just about anything that would light. He had a knack for fixing things and took pride in keeping lawnmowers and other equipment running. In quieter moments, he enjoyed reading when he could and especially loved FaceTiming with his grandchild Peyton.

More than anything, Paul will be remembered for the time he spent with his family and the memories they shared together. His presence, stories, and sense of humor will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved.
