Richard Cahill Obituary

Richard J Cahill Sr of Westfield passed away on March 11, 2025 at the age of 95. Born February 2, 1930 in Hancock, New York. He was the son of Gerard and Jennette Cahill. He was a U.S. Army Veteran and a M.P. in the Korean War. Richard owned Cahill's Market in Southwick for 25 years and also worked at Hamilton Standard in Windsor Locks CT when he retired. He leaves his wife of 70 years Joyce ( Platt ) Cahill, his daughter Deborah of West Springfield, his son Richard and Wife Donna and Grandaughter Catherine all of South Carolina, son Lawrence and wife Rebecca (deceased) of West Granby, Connecticut and a brother Robert and his wife Shirley of New Mexico. He was pre-deased by brothers Gerard Jr and Jack.
