Robert J Hebb

Robert J. Hebb, 85, of Westfield, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family. He was born in Worcester, Mass to the late George and Edith (Dion) Hebb. He was predeceased by his brother David Hebb and daughter in law Lisa Hebb. He was a teacher for 38 years at the Westfield Junior High / Westfield Middle School. Woodshop was his passion. He was president of the Jaycee's and he worked as a Westfield Auxiliary Policeman for 8 years. He was a licensed general contractor and a member of the Westfield Sportsman’s Club. He was a Master Mason of 50 years at the Mt. Moriah Lodge, Westfield. He worked 18 years at the Rocky's in East Longmeadow. He graduated from Classical High School in Worcester and Fitchburg State University Class of 1962. He is survived by his wife of 64 years Mary Putnam (Davis) Hebb. His son Andrew Hebb, and his partner Marge Valois and Andrew's son Emmerson Hebb. His son Daniel and Tracey Hebb, their daughter Casey (Hebb) and Matt Shepard, their daughters Olivia and Madison Shepard. Conor and Briell Hebb and their son Wyatt Hebb. He is survived by his sister in law Kathleen Hebb and her partner David. Brother in law Hamilton E. Davis and his wife Candace Page. Godson Michael H. Davis, nieces Kristin, Maureen, Sara, and Laurie. Cousins Maureen Incutto and Elaine Vallee. And special friends Janet Rucki, Rick Dupelle, Paula and Preston Godfrey. Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, March 26th from 5-7 pm at the Firtion-Adams Funeral Service, 76 Broad Street, Westfield. Burial will be private. Firtionadams.com
