Westfield-Roger C. Jacobs, 92, died Thursday, May 26, 2022 in a local nursing home. He was born to the late George L. and Calista V. Rogers, July 2, 1929. He grew up in Westfield. He was a veteran of the United States Air Force and worked as a Utility Man at the Strathmore Paper. He leaves his wife Ida Jacobs of Westfield and son, Steven Jacobs of Westfield and five step children, Linda Dawson-Hayes (Bill) of Agawam, Retha Dawson of Chicopee, Wilburn Dawson of Westfield, Karl Dawson (Gail) of Chicopee, and Mark Dawson (Laurie) of Granby, MA. The funeral will be Friday, June 3, 2022 from 11:00-12:00 followed by the burial at Pine Hill Cemetery, Westfield, MA.
