Ruth E (Sampson) Furlani

Ruth E. (Sampson) (Massoni) Furlani, 90, passed away peacefully on Saturday, Dec 26, 2020. Born in Somerville Ma to Clarence and Dorothy (Aiken) Sampson on April 1, 1930. She graduated from Westfield High School. She moved to Southwick where she raised her family. Ruth enjoyed cooking and quilting and loved animals and spending time at the beach with her feet in the sand. Ruth was pre-deceased by her first husband Louis Massoni and husband Paul Furlani. Also pre-deceased by her brothers Walter, John and James Sampson and sister Phyllis Hallock. She leaves behind a sister Virginia Stevens, Brother Robert and wife Rita Sampson and Sister in law Donna Sampson. Ruth was pre-deceased by her son Romano Massoni and her grandsons Jason and Jeffrey Massoni. She will be missed dearly by her children, sons David Massoni, Scott Massoni and partner Patty all of Southwick, Daughter Carrie Clendenin and partner Pat O'Brien of Westfield and daughter in law Ann Massoni of Westfield. Her grandchildren Justin, Laurie, Carrie, Michael, Becky, and Louis, great grandchildren Brie-anna, Rylee, Hannah, Anthony, Grace, Cassidy, Lucas, and Brady. We love you to the moon and back.
