Ruth G LePage

Ruth LePage, 97 of Basket Street, Huntington MA passed away March 19 2021. A member of St. Thomas Church. She lived in Huntington for 70 years. She was the oldest living resident of Huntington, MA. A loving wife to Ronald for 59 years, mother of five children. Rosalind Fouli of Port Orange, Florida James LePage of Huntington, Maurice LePage and his wife Carol of Messina NY Janice Wellspeak of Largo, Florida and Yvette Ingraham of Bennington VT. She was a loving sister to Emaline Potvin, Rosanna Grant, Robert (Bud) Demar, Erma Deuso, Mitchell Demar and her only surviving sister Louise Wetherby of NH. Ruth has five Generations of grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.

               She enjoyed the simple life. Her greatest passion was her faith, family and her love of life, country music (family inheritance) sewing and teacher. She loved all young and old. There was always an abundance of wisdom and truth. We know her as mom, others know her as a gramma, Aunt Ruth, Friend Ruthie, and Dr. Ruth (Meaning health conscious).

               Ruth wore many hats in Huntington a few being, a den mother, highland Valley Grange Member, Council on Aging, Brown Bag and many more.

               The funeral will be held on Saturday May 8^th in Firtion-Adams Funeral Service 76 Broad Street Westfield, MA. Calling hours are 11AM-12 Noon with a funeral home service at 12 Noon in the funeral home, the burial will follow at the St. Thomas Cemetery in Huntington. In Lieu of flowers memorial contributions in Ruth’s name may be made to the town of Huntington. www.firtionadams.com
