Stanley E Sklarski

Stanley E Sklarski, 96, passed away suddenly on September 14, 2024 just shy of his 97th birthday. He passed peacefully surrounded by his loving family. Born in South Hadley, Ma, on September 22, 1927, the son of Franciszka (Cieslik) and Michael Sklarski. He was predeceased by the love of his life, Sylvia (11/25/2023) enjoying 73 years of marriage and raised 4 children. Stanley was the best - loved by everyone he met. He was a kind, caring person who will be greatly missed by many especially his family who kept him on his toes. He was predeceased by his parents and all four siblings. Stanley will be deeply missed by his loving family, son Steven Sklarski (Robin), daughters Cindy Sklarski, Kathy Renaud (Todd), Karen King (Patrick), grandsons Michael Sklarski (Tanya Curran), David Sklarski and his grand dog Benji who followed and watched over him constantly. He also leaves many nieces, nephews, family and friends. Calling hours will be held on Thursday, September 19, 2024 from 4 – 7 pm at Firtion Adams Funeral Services, 76 Broad Street, Westfield, Ma. The funeral will be held on Friday, September 20, 2024 9:00 am at the Funeral Home followed by a Funeral Mass at 10 am. in Holy Trinity Church 335 Elm Street, Westfield followed by the burial at St. Mary's Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Holy Trinity Improvement Fund, 335 Elm Street, Westfield, Ma 01085.
