I am so terribly sad to hear this. I always liked working with Jim and enjoyed some of his crazy navy stories.

Jim was a co-worker and my manager for nearly 30 years. During that time I got to know Jim well. His ability to comprehend and resolve complex issues like the time he worked around the clock to install the operating system on our new IBM 370 system. When deregulation came to New England he immersed himself in the intricacies of the power market and became the go-to-guy when anyone had questions. I got to play golf with Jim twice and can attest to his left handed slice which he attributed to playing baseball growing up. Jim will be missed by all who knew him.

Jim was a long time friend and co-worker. I had the pleasure of witnessing many an attempt to "fix the slice" and, more importantly, the pleasure of his company. I know I am only one of many who will miss him and remember him with a smile.

A good friend, a wonderful work colleague and a fun golf buddy with an awful slice. He will be remembered fondly and missed dearly.
