Norman M Beaulieu

Westfield - Norman Martin Beaulieu passed away at home after a period of declining health, on February 21, 2018, at the age of 88. He was the son of the late Henry Beaulieu and Lea Barthelette. Norman was born in Chicopee, MA, and raised in Sturbridge, MA. He also lived in Granby, MA before moving to Westfield. He was the oldest of three children and was predeceased by his brother, Rene Beaulieu, and a sister, Cecile Ryder. Norman was predeceased by Theresa (Couture), his loving wife of 64 years. Together they are survived by their three children, Louise McLaughlin and husband Gary, of Northwood, NH; Joanne Spath and husband Les, of Southampton, MA; and Donald Beaulieu and wife, Tracy of Alexandria, NH. Norman's family includes grandchildren, Heather McLaughlin and husband, David Geisman of Helena, MT; Rachel Corson and husband, Michael of Northwood, NH; Sara Chouinard and husband, Thomas of Barnstead, NH; Troy Spath and fiancee, Samantha, of Easthampton, MA; Will Spath and Lilly, of Southampton, MA. There are 11great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren that will miss their "Pepe" Norman honorably served in the U.S. Army. After his discharge, he worked many years as an auto body technician. Besides spending time with his family, Norman enjoyed hunting, snowmobiling, boating and traveling. The funeral for Norman will be held on Tuesday, February 27, 2018. Calling hours will be held at Firtion-Adams Funeral Service, 76 Broad Street, Westfield, MA, from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. A Liturgy of Christian Burial will follow at Our Lady of the Blessed Sacrament Church at 11 a.m. Burial will follow at Forestdale Cemetery, West in Holyoke.
