A Message Regarding Corona Virus/ COVID-19
To the Families and Friends we serve,
We continue to remain open and provide 24-hour Funeral Directing services to those in need. As you are aware, the situation surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic is fluid and temporarily changing the way most of us live and socially interact with others.
Official guidelines from the CDC, and the Mass Department of Public Health are constantly being updated based on new information from both scientists and public health officials.
In an attempt to limit the spread of COVID-19, official guidelines limit large public gatherings at this time. In response to the state's guidelines, we will be monitoring the number of guests being allowed to enter the building at one time. Face masks must be worn at all times while in the building and we ask that you be mindful of maintaining 6 feet between yourself and others. Extra sanitizing procedures are in place, as well as the availability of hand sanitizer at multiple locations throughout the building. During these difficult and unprecedented times, we are committed to working with our families and the public to plan meaningful services that fall within the state’s guidelines to limit the spread of COVID-19. We also ask for your cooperation to help limit the spread of the virus by adhering to these guidelines and refraining from attending funeral/memorial services if you are feeling unwell or have symptoms of COVID-19. Please refer to the safety guidelines at: https://www.mass.gov/resource/information-on-the-outbreak-of-corona virus-disease-2019-COVID-19
Please know we are committed to the families and communities we serve. We will continue to operate with high professional standards and service during this time of uncertainty. Our priority is to bring comfort and care to all who are coping with the loss of a loved one while maintaining the health, safety, and well-being of all.
