Obituary
Jolena Vega-Martins, 19, passed away, Saturday, May 20th. She graduated from Westfield High school last year and was set to start college this fall. She had dreams of graduating college, finding a career, traveling the world, and finding a love she could call her own. She loved swimming, music, movies, playing video games, and finding the newest, cutest succulents for her room. She was a beautiful, loving, and loyal daughter and friend and will be remembered as such. Her life, though short lived, touched so many lives and she is already missed, tremendously. She is survived by her mother, Laura Martins, her father, Jose Vega along with 2 half- brothers and 3 half-sisters. Her funeral service will be held on Friday, May 26, 2023 @10:30 a.m. at Pine Hill cemetery,140 West Silver Street, Westfield, MA (across from Bullens Field) You may enter the Cemetery from the King Street Extension Gate. with a Celebration of Life lunch to follow at the Parsonage of New Life Christian Center Church, 149 Dartmouth Street, Westfield, MA 01085.
