Linda Jean Marie (Cyr) Byers

Linda Jean Marie (Cyr) Byers, 70, passed away at home on Tuesday, November 13, 2018. She was born in Westfield, MA to the late Joseph and Davina (Stewart) Cyr. She enjoyed lighthouses and the beach. Sadly she was predeceased by two grandchildren, Taryn Evers Byers and Alysha MacInnes Byers. Linda is survived by her beloved husband of 51 years, Jerry V. Byers, Sr., her three loving children, Jerry V. Byers, Jr. with Kimberly Draghi of Enfield, CT, Jeanine V. Byers of Westfield and James V. Byers with Emily Nichols of Wilbraham, a sister Cathie Norman and her husband Charles of Shawnee, OK, her cherished grandchildren, Trent Byers, Madison Byers, Taylin Byers and Avian Cost, several nieces and nephews and her very close friend Kim Johnston of Maine. Her funeral will be held on Monday at 9AM in Second Congregational Church, 487 Western Ave. Westfield followed by burial in Massachusetts Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 1390 Main St. Agawam. Visiting hours will be held on Sunday from 2-4PM in the Firtion Adams FS, 76 Broad St. Westfield.
