Margaret Musterait Obituary

Margaret A. Musterait (Kriesak) formally of Westfield, MA passed away on Wednesday March 24 after a long battle with Alzheimer's disease. She was predeceased by her daughter Michele M. Tavano (Musterait). She is survived by her husband of 55 years Ronald R. Musterait who was her life partner and best friend. Also surviving her is her daughter Kelley L. Lambert (Musterait) of Manhattan Beach Calif. and her son Todd M. Musterait and his wife Shelley of Orchard Park, N.Y. Peggy has several siblings who have survived her including William Kriesak, James Kriesak and Yvonne and Marilyn Nimerowski and her husband David all of Westfield, Ma. Numerous nieces and nephews as well as grandchildren. Peggy's parents were Frank and Lucille Kriesak (Macauley), of Westfield. Born in Westfield, MA on May 11, 1944. She shared the same birthday as her Mother Lucille Kriesak (Macauley). Margaret liked to be called Peggy. She married Ron on May 28, 1966. They lived on Crane Avenue in Westfield where they had two girls Michele then Kelley. They were the delight of her life as she loved them dearly. Corporate transfer in 1969 required Peggy and her husband Ron to relocate to Mt. Holly in Southern New Jersey where Todd was born in 1971. Again Todd was the delight of her life. While in Mt Holly Peggy attended Burlington County College in pursuit of a College degree. In 1977 Corporate transfer required them to relocate to Upper St. Clair, PA where she enjoyed watching her children grow up and play sports. While there she also enjoyed Bowling with the neighborhood moms and playing bridge and sailing at Moraine State Park and going to Pittsburgh Steeler Games. In February 1983 Corporate transfer came again and the family relocated back to Andover, MA. When the children were old enough she took the opportunity to work for USA Today in Andover as the Operations Manager for the Boston Market. She held this position for over 20 years until she retired. Ron enjoyed watching Peggy develop her professional skills and traveling to USA Today's Corporate offices in Washington, DC. During her life Peggy enjoyed travel with Ron to many places within the US, Caribbean, England, Paris France. Other places include Hawaii, Florida, Colorado, Caribbean, National Parks in the US, Wine Country, most all of California, North Carolina, South Carolina, Maine, New Hampshire, Cape Cod, and Bermuda. Peggy lived a very full life. She did it all! Peggy will be greatly missed by all of us who loved her. The funeral will be held on Saturday, March 27, at 12 noon at the Firtion Adams Funeral Home, 76 Broad Street in Westfield MA. 01085.
