Mary L (Humason) Santiago

Mary L. (Humason) Santiago, 92, died Sunday, October 18, 2020 at home, surrounded by her loving family. She was born in East Otis, MA on August 30, 1928 to the late Harry and Hattie (Greiner) Humason. She grew up in Otis and attended schools in Westfield and was a 1946 graduate of Westfield High School. She worked at Preferred Electronics, Rexham Corporation and was a cashier and hostess for Bickford’s Restaurant until it closed. Mary was a member of the Westfield Evangelical Free Church and was active in the Woman’s Study Group. She enjoyed puzzles, gardening, flowers and her most enjoyment was spending time with her family. She leaves her children Steven R. Johnson of Keidzor, Oregon his children Katherine Harvey and Jason Johnson, Rosemary A. Volk and her husband Allen of Royalton, MN, and children Janice, Jennifer, Ginger Rose and Mark, April F. Weiss and her husband James of Westfield, children Christopher and Alicia, Faye H. Tatro and her husband Greg of Westfield and son Shawn, Harry E. Johnson and his wife Sheri of Westfield and children Shannon, Brandon and Cherie`. 15 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild. Calling hours will be held on Friday October 23rd from 5-7 pm from the Firtion-Adams Funeral Service, 76 Broad Street, Westfield. The funeral for Mary will take place on Saturday at 10 am at the Westfield Evangelical Free Church, 568 Southwick Road, Westfield. Burial will follow in Pine Hill Cemetery.
