In 1995, he received an Audubon A award from the Massachusetts Audubon Society. He was a long-standing member of the Conservation Commission in Southwick. For at least 25 years, he participated in the breeding bird survey of the US Fish and Wildlife Service. He served on the Vestry, as Treasurer, and as Eucharistic Minister at The Episcopal Church of the Atonement in Westfield. Seth leaves his wife Constance Kallfa Kellogg, his daughter Tanya, his brother Frederick Kellogg of New Mexico, and several nieces and nephews. He was pre-deceased by his sister, Marilyn Girace.
